Sanjay Jaiswal is the Managing Partner of JC. He is fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has worked in India and out of India has a mix of experience over 19 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge in dealing with business and strategic issues, Financial Management & Accounts, Management & Operational Audit, Statutory & Tax Audit etc.
His Experience & qualifications includes:
- Advised and executed specialized assignments for more than 150 companies during the career spanning 19 years.
- Extensive exposure to corporate finance activities, M&A activity, Loan Syndication, financial restructuring, promotion of companies, MIS, NGOs Audits, Audit and Internal controls.
- Statutory Audit in Power Project Company as well as Wind power company also;
- Interacted closely with leading Banks, Financial Institutions, etc. Successfully completed documentation and lot of other legal formalities in close coordination with other consultants.
- Preparation of Project Reports and Feasibility Reports. Involved in Promoters funding, and term finance funding from Banks.
- Conducted statutory, special audit covering report on compliance of International Accounting Standard and diagnostic review of operational areas for the MNC/s and public & private organizations.
