CS Sanchit Jaiswal, a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is also a commerce graduate carrying an experience and expertise of around five years in matters relating to Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, Compliance Management, Due Diligences, Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisition, Takeovers. Other areas of expertise comprise of Secretarial Audit,Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Drafting, etc.
He started his career as a Company Secretary apprentice under Rungta Irrigation Limited, a BSE Listed Company, where he acquired knowledge related to Secretarial work and Listing compliances.
He then joined one of the most renowned and esteemed SEBI registered Category - I Merchant Banking Company in India viz., Corporate Capital Ventures Private Limited (CCV), wherein he acquired in depth knowledge of various aspects related to stock exchange and SEBI related laws, IPOs, FPOs, Takeovers, etc.
He has also worked as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Jyotirgamya Enterprises Limited (JEL), a Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) listed Company. He co-founded Set Forward Corporate Advisors, Company Secretaries Firm inOctober, 2017 and Set Forward Corporate Advisors (P) Ltd. (Business Consultants) in September 2019.
